  • Once a Costa offer is availed, lounge access will be locked (for 2 hours) and vice versa.
  • The offer is only available for Costa outlets located in Dubai International Airport after the departure security gate.

Redeem your complimentary Costa items through the Mastercard Travel pass app:

  • Consumer World Elite Mastercard®: Up to 4 items from a pre-determined food/drink list
  • Consumer and Commercial World Mastercard®: Up to 2 items from a pre-determined food/ drink list
  • Consumer Platinum and Titanium, and Commercial Executive and Business Mastercard®: Up to 1 item from a pre-determined food/ drink list

How to use

  • Step 1: Download the Mastercard Travel Pass app from Google Play or Apple Store and register your (Bank name) Mastercard card.
  • Step 2: Enter the location of the Dubai Airport you are at to be able to locate the Costa Offer.
  • Step 3: Click on the Costa logo to see the 7 Costa Location choices.
  • Step 4: Click on the nearest outlet location to see the offer details, available items for redemption, and redemption instructions. You can see a list of available items included in the offer by clicking on the ‘list’ link.
  • Step 5: After choosing your items and confirming your choice of food/beverage to Costa staff, you need to click the ‘Redeem’ button. You will then be asked to reaffirm your interest in accepting the offer.
  • Step 6: Present the QR code and your boarding pass to Costa for item(s) redemption.

  • Offer Details: Get up to 4 complimentary food and/or drink items in Costa Outlets in Dubai International Airport.

  • Redemption Method: As listed in Steps 1-6.

  • Offer Prerequisite: This offer can be redeemed only through the Mastercard Travel Pass app or website.

  • Exclusions/Inclusions/Subjectivity: Cardholders can enjoy complimentary food and/or drink items prepared by the barista in eligible Costa outlets. Cardholders can avail either the Costa offer or the airport lounge access, and not both at the same time. Once a Costa offer is availed, lounge access will be locked (for 2 hours) and vice versa. Cardholders must showcase their individual QR code and boarding pass. The offer is only available for Costa outlets located in Dubai International Airport after the departure security gate (Terminal 1 and 3).

  • Market Eligibility: The offer is eligible for Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa.

  • Validity: Evergreen: Until the end of the year and beyond.
