With no keys stored, there are none to be stolen if someone unwelcome gains access to your phone, providing robust protection against fraud and identity theft.
Fighting deep fakes and identity theft
BMONI safeguards against deepfakes with an advanced three-stage process. The first stage uses the native authentication methods of your phone manufacturer. iPhones employ 3D depth sensors. Android phones commonly use fingerprint verification. The second stage analyzes embedded phone sensors, such as the gyroscope and accelerometer, to verify that users successfully complete random challenges from the BMONI app. In the third and final stage, a deep neural network analyzes a live scan of your face to ensure biometric authenticity and protect against spoofing attempts.

This is how traditional banks make their money. With BMONI, your assets are recorded on a cryptographic bookkeeping system, and only you can access them. No one else. Not BMONI. Not the government. Stable coins, smart money on modern tech
Stablecoins are digital versions of real money, built using cryptographic bookkeeping. BMONI uses licensed and regulated stablecoins, each backed by real money equivalents held in local banks. Funds backing naira stablecoins are stored in Nigerian banks, while funds backing USD stablecoins are stored in US banks. If your phone is lost or stolen, or if you simply wish to upgrade to a new device, BMONI offers a simple and user-friendly way to transfer and recover your account on a new phone. The process is designed to be self-explanatory, but live support from BMONI is also available if needed.
Disaster recovery
In the unfortunate event that an accident alters your biometrics, or in the event of your passing, BMONI allows for a seamless transfer of your assets to your designated next of kin. To enable this, you must appoint a next of kin within the BMONI app. BMONI will securely hold a key in escrow which, when combined with your next of kin’s biometric key, can regenerate your biometric key—providing your next of kin with access to your BMONI assets.
