How to use:

• The Bicester Collection (VIP Pass & Hands Free Shopping)
  • Go to the page dedicated for your card Tier: Standard & Gold, Titanium, Platinum & World, World Elite
  • Scroll to “download your VIP Pass” and select the shopping village you will be visiting.
  • Select your country or region then click “Get our EVIP Pass”
  • Sign up to become a member or click on “No thanks” to immediately generate your VIP PASS QR.
  • For World Elite cardholders, you can present this VIP Pass QR, at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village, to redeem hands-free shopping. Your VIP Pass is valid for 24 hours from first scan.
• The Bicester Collection (The Apartment and Reserved Parking)
  • Go to the page dedicated for your card Tier: World Elite
  • To book access to the Village’s private suite and a reserved parking space, email the Village you wish to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses listed below.
• The Bicester Collection (Shopping Packages)
  • Go to the page dedicated for your card Tier: Standard & Gold, Titanium, Platinum & World, World Elite.
  • Scroll and click on “Book Shopping Packages here”.
  • Click on the drop down to view participating villages and select your preferred village
